Rushie Wrenn’s Shrimp Dino Recipe

2 pounds shrimp, boil & devein
1 4-oz. can mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup butter
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon powdered mustard
Pinch cayenne pepper
2 cups milk
1/2 cup dry sherry
2 teaspoons parsley
Parmesan & Mozzarella cheese

Simmer mushrooms, butter and pressed garlic for 5 minutes. Blend flour and dry ingredients, add milk slowly. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick on medium heat. Add sherry, shrimp, and parsley. Put into 2 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses. Place in 300° oven for 20-30 minutes or until hot through.

Serves 4.
