Crab Casserole Recipe

4 hard boiled eggs (mashed)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1 dash of Tabasco
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon minced onion
1 pound deluxe crab
Juice of 1 lemon
2 slices fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cup sweet milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Mix eggs, Worcestershire, Tabasco, salt, and pepper. Pour lemon juice over crab, and add with onion to the above mixture. Stir in bread crumbs, sweet milk, mayonnaise, and place in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top and dot with butter. Bake at 375° for 15-20 min.

Serves 4-6.
