Oyster Stew

2 cans (12 oz.) oysters, fresh or frozen
1 qt. half and half cream
1/4 C. butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Chopped parsley

Cook oysters in oyster liquor for 3 to 5 minutes or until edges begin to curl. Add remaining ingredients except parsley; heat. Garnish with parsley.

Serves 6.
