1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 tsp. oregano
Dash red pepper
2 oz. crumbled feta cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1-15 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 lb. cleaned shrimp
Saute onion in oil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and spices. Cook on medium-high for 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in shrimp and cook 6 minutes or until done. Spoon over rice and angel hair pasta. Add cheese on top.
