Shrimp and Grits

Stone ground yellow grits
1/2 cup flour
Salt & pepper to taste
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 lemon juice
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 lb. small shrimp
1/2 lb. hot sausage
1 cup milk
1 stick of butter
1 onion, minced
Few dashes Worcestershire sauce
Few dashes Tabasco

Cook pot of stone ground yellow grits. In one pan, fry and chop up sausage. When done add flour and brown. Stir in milk slowly. Add salt and pepper to taste. In second pan, melt butter and add garlic and onion. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire, oregano, and Tabasco. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Stack some grits on a plate, add a serving of sausage gravy then pour on shrimp and sauce.
