Tourism has had an improvement especially since the middle of 1980, and if has been expected that it will constitute more than 80 billion transaction volume by provide employment with more than 1 million people in 2017. Due to the fact that tourism is the most important instrument to narrow the foreign trade deficit, it has become a vital sector for the country. 1,2 billion international travels happened all over the World in 2015 and %5 increase happened compared to 2014. Turkey has kept it place in the first 10 order among the countries that have tourists the most. It has been started that short but frequent and supporting mental we psychological health has been preferred instead of the travels which is centered with refreshments and entertainment as a result of changing tourist profile, new generation tourists‘ different desires and technological innovations. Health tourism, thermal tourism, slow cities, gastronomy tourism and eco-tourism have been sorted among the kinds of tourism, which have potential in Turkey. It is believed that the most important problem is seasonal working, low rate in unionized workers and educational workers changing sector in the sector in which woman workers‘ rate is 1/3 about employment. Also, it is foreseen that 2.8 million people will be employed in Turkey according to the year 2025 projection professional competence exam can be held in 27 professions, which professionalcompetence and professional certification in this sector have started via vocational qualifications authority that was founded in 2006. Within the scope of this study, the problems that has happened with the reflection of the negative improvements especially in 2016 to Turkish tourism market have been examined and the place of Turkish tourism in the world and EU countries has been compare.
