QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

D-Resort Göcek offers you newly designed up to international luxury standard with Bed&Breakfast concept. Resort provides to its guests an elegant and luxurious concept with its new comfortable rooms that reveal lush gardens and the splendor of the surrounding mountains, as well as one Presidential suite and 6 Revenue Centers.
We are looking for a proactive and energetic team member who is enthusiastic at service industry.

• University/College Graduates or Students, Hotel Management Diploma will be your preference
• 1 year experience in the same position in a restaurant/bar/5 star hotel
• Good knowledge on administration skills and coordinating beach entrance operation
• Fluent English
• Being a team player - positive with strong communication skills and solution oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service oriented
• Able to take initiative, enthusiastic and pleasant personality
• Planning and organizational skills
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Greet and escort arriving and departing beach guests
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Supervise, monitor and develop beach team member performance

JOB DESCRIPTION

• The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing for the quality servicing of the beach entrance in accordance with the D-Resort Göcek standards
• Beach Entrance Supervisor is responsible of the beach entrance operation
