As a passionate driver, Larson has confirmed the launch of a new track dirt-track series for sprint cars in , which will be called the High Limit Sprint Car Series. For this project, Larson will be teaming up with his brother-in-law, Brad Sweet, who is a veteran of the World of Outlaws Sprint Car series. Moreover, two out of the 12 races will have a whopping $50, each of prize money for the next season. For the rest of the races, winning drivers will take home a cash reward amounting to $23, According to Larson, his main drive to launch a dirt-track series for sprint cars is to expand sprint car racing and make it much better than it is. He also wants to create more opportunities for other sprint car drivers who haven’t found a perfect place to race. Despite being a Cup Series Champion, the driver is always thrilled to race in the dirt track series. Though his schedule is tight when it comes to dirt races, Larson has a well-documented record in this form of racing.

The team was initially a partnership, but Larson gained full ownership of the team in , rebranding it to Kyle Larson Racing. In , however, the team closed its doors for good due to the COVID pandemic and internal issues. Like the , Larson has also cemented his name in dirt racing by securing wins in big events like the Chili Bowl and the Kings Royal, as well as the Knoxville Nationals. В связи с происшествием в Турции 6 августа
г. и гибелью российских туристов в ряде СМИ появились материалы, в которых
говорится о сложностях с получением страховых возмещений, о неполном выполнении
страховщиком своих обязательств, о дополнительных требованиях и условиях,
которые страховщик якобы выдвигает родственникам погибших. Стали появляться
комментарии юристов о необходимости через суд отстаивать право на получение
страховых выплат.

СПАО «Ингосстрах», как страховщик ти
пострадавших туристов, в том числе троих погибших, официально заявляет, что
компания выполняет все свои обязательства в отношении пострадавших и погибших в
Турции россиян. В настоящее время тела погибших туристов доставлены в Россию и
переданы семьям. Процедура репатриации проведена с соблюдением всех норм,
правил и требований международных воздушных и наземных перевозок. Подтверждения
от родственников получены, претензий в страховую компанию не поступало. Все
расходы по репатриации полностью возмещает «Ингосстрах» в рамках договоров
страхования выезжающих за рубеж. Никаких дополнительных условий со стороны
страховой компании родственникам не выдвигалось.

По состоянию на 12 августа в медицинских
учреждениях Турции остаются четверо российских туристов – клиентов СПАО
«Ингосстрах», пострадавших в аварии. Одна пациентка находится в Özel Odak
Hastanesi Денизли в палате интенсивной терапии. Пациентка переведена на
искусственную вентиляцию легких и находится под седацией. Двое пострадавших
продолжают лечение в Denizli Özel Mediklinik Hastanesi, стабильны, находятся в
общей палате под наблюдением врачей. Четвертая россиянка находится в частной
больнице «Анталия Лайф», после перенесенной операции чувствует себя
удовлетворительно, стабильна, находится в сознании. На 13 августа запланирована
вторая операция. Компания «Ингосстрах» полностью компенсирует затраты на
лечение пострадавших туристов в рамках действующих договоров страхования.

Отдельно хотим остановиться на программе
страхования и порядке получения страховых выплат по данному событию. Все 14
туристов были застрахованы по программе страхования медицинских расходов
выезжающих за рубеж (ВЗР) с лимитом 15 (пятнадцать тысяч) долларов США.
Программа страхования предусматривает компенсацию медицинских расходов на
амбулаторное и стационарное лечение, а также транспортных расходов, включая
эвакуацию с места ДТП, и расходов на репатриацию в рамках указанного
лимита. Денежные компенсации пострадавшим и родственникам погибших данная
страховая программа не предусматривает. Компенсируются только медицинские и
медико-транспортные расходы. Денежные выплаты пострадавшим или родственникам
погибших производятся, когда в полис ВЗР отдельно включается риск страхования
от несчастного случая. Это дополнительная опция, которая, как правило, не
входит в пакетные предложения туроператоров, и в данном случае не была включена
в полисы пострадавших туристов.

Компания готова при необходимости
подключиться к решению других вопросов, связанных с оказанием помощи
пострадавшим, в том числе выходящих за рамки договорных обязательств.
Cпециалисты «Ингосстраха» находятся в постоянном контакте с туроператором и
Федеральным агентством по туризму и готовы в любой момент подключиться к
решению проблемных вопросов.
