Nefes Tasavvuf

This thesis is dedicated to the study of politics through complex systems method accepting the political system as a political organism and its system of internal and external relations as a unified object of the research. This study tries to describe the network of relations, the circumstance formed by the objective and subjective factors where political processes are going on, and to give a direction for the establishment of the scientifically grounded political activity considering this circumstance. The research is focused on three directions of the issues: 1) Studying of the horizontal and vertical relations within political system; systematizing elements included to politics, their forming process, content and structure, dependence of political system on the internal content and problems of those elements; 2) Studying of the connections with the other social events which form the public system through structural and functional relations with political system and have mutual dependence with the political system; researching of problems of connection with the regional and global system; 3) Principles building the optimal political activity through consideration of the objective, security and optimality conditions of the network of the internal and external relations of politics. Methodological base of the research includes complex systems, system, structural-functional methods. Theoretical achievements were mainly obtained through the application of the complex systems method, especially, in the questions of the description of the natural development of the transition process of values, expression of the dependencies among national, regional and global factors of the political processes, the discovery of the dependencies of the balance and dynamism issues on the outside systems and value flows. Some offers related to the Azerbaijani political life were presented as well. The research work was theoretical and based on the experience of the Eurasian region.
